Who we are
IPI is a new, modern and dynamic organization, born/discovered/set up thanks to the contribution of managers, designers, experts and consultants with many years of experience in European training mobility projects of young people, students, professionals to provide them with quality training opportunities to grow or adapt to innovations in the world of work. We design learning training experiences that ensure meaningful and lasting results. Our proposals are pragmatic solutions for individuals to improve their knowledge in the world of human activities, to increase their professional skills, to enhance their profiles. We develop training courses and content focused on the needs of an individual or groups, experienced learning programs, meetings or events that seek to empower or update people’s profiles by giving incentives, dynamic boosts to their realities. We work in collaboration with experts and consultants, institutions and organizations of relevance to achieve the objectives planned by the client. Our programs have the peculiarity of actively involving the client in the activities by providing experienced learning and the strength acquiring skills. Our brief experiences throughout the experience are engaging and immersive learning opportunities, led by competent individuals, to learn through analysis, stories, challenges, changes and insights, a way of seeing and comparing situations with a new lens.
PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP
A professional internship is a significant step in one's career. It needs an organization that is committed to guide and build a real professional beneficial experience, able to provide a development route of skills and certainties, help the individual and his / her profile to stand out in the workplace. IPI plans, organizes, and coordinates training internship projects which engage individuals to grow in their professional development and become up-and-coming professionals with tools, skills and self-confidence to challenge an interconnected and competitive world. Full-time internships are organized in a field of the candidate's choice with a preparatory foreign language course if required.
