accompanies them courteously and hospitable to their hosting providers, provides them information with expertise, style, cordiality, and personality. Organised by IPI for newly arrived international candidates, welcoming

Accommodation

Coming to Italy may be for a candidate his/her first experience of living away from home or living in Italy. IPI want this to be a rewarding experience for the candidate. Everyone will be matched with a suitable host based on
personal requirements and preferences. Rooms will be provided on a self-catered basis. Accommodations are available for a set period, in line with the duration of candidate's stay. Candidate can move in at their arrival in
Italy. IPI is responsible for the efficient running of the research & management of the establishment to customise the requests & needs of the candidate/s. This may include:
- Identification of the range of accommodation outlets in Italy.
- Investigation & analysis of facilities, decor, furnishings & services provided in the different grades of accommodation provided.
- Inspections for ensuring standards facilities, quality & cleanliness, hygiene & health & safety regulations for the well-being of clients.
- A comprehensive service as well as information and advice to make well informed choices.
- Coordinate & plan the correct accommodation allocation to the candidate.

profile, personality & abilities. All aspect are studied by IPI to orient the individual own self-realization in specific context/s. IPI serves as an assistant to guide, encourage & support the individual through the
accompaniment & mediation, advising, informing & contributing learning experiences to favour the acquisition of knowledge, attitudes & skills that everyone needs to be able to successfully develop his/her own career.
Professional visits

Professional Learning by interacting Programs (min. 16 years old) Professional training seminar, symposium, workshop, company visits are Learning Training events as part of an educational program that caters to a specific
audience and are aimed to train and inform participants on a specific topic. Professional visits can be arranged in a wide variety of sectors and offer a unique opportunity of exchanging new ideas and best practices, promoting
creativity and motivation among participants. It is aimed to groups (max 15 persons) of youth educationally ready to begin a career and a professional growth; students & young professionals. Professional visits may be provided
in combination with seminars or workshop. It is focused each time on some subject, in which everyone present is requested to participate and interact. Questions can be raised, and debates can be conducted as seminars often offer
opportunities to exchange insight and viewpoints. IPI have established partnerships with many consultants to provide professional lectures, expertise, and competences in line with the training needs of individuals. The
planification & organisation of each event starts months before the project in Italy. Where possible, IPI staff can act as language facilitators.
Internship

Professional Experiences for young individuals & professionals (min. 16 years old) IPI have established partnerships with many companies to enhance the recruitment process for Internship projects; Companies contribute to develop
individuals’ skills with work procedures & perspectives, new ideas & professional ways of doing business. Candidate's tasks in the host activity gradually increase in relation to the educational & professional background,
capacities, abilities, performances, personality, others. IPI is responsible for managing the recruitment process of work-placements as the follows
- Identifying an appropriate work placement opportunity for each trainee taking in consideration candidates’ requiring sector of activity, working position / project, linguistic skills, professional competences & personality.
- Supporting & facilitating trainees to the work-placement recruitment processes.
- Agreeing the outline of assignments & assessment methods with the host company provider.
- Ensuring an appropriate info & induction before the work experience is fully carried out.
Cultural Visits

Culture has always been a part of experience in IPI programs. IPI initiatives provides endless opportunities to learn about the way Italian people live, about their society and their traditions. This can include many activities

Mentoring

Mentoring is an effective approach to developing candidates’ profile. It has grown in popularity to enhance the skills, knowledge and performance of people around specific skills and goals. IPI services helps & supports
individuals to develop themselves more effectively. The aims of providing mentoring programme include:

Tutoring / Supervision

Designed within IPI staff & the Work-Placement provider, the nominated tutors are responsible for planning / leading / supervising all tasks & activities related to trainee undertaking during the project in Italy. Their
principal responsibilities are:
- To plan and optimise the Learning / Training / Working program;
- To arrange an initial Induction for the candidate
- To provide sufficient and appropriate instruction and support during the experience
- To monitor progress of the trainee and arrange meetings with the trainee to assess and optimize the experience progress;
- To respond effectively to any issue may arise during the experience, if necessary.
Monitoring

IPI process of tracking, reviewing, and regulating the individual’s experience progress to meet the learning training objectives planned – is majorly concerned with the following:
- Measuring the achieved skills & performances during the experience in Italy against the original competences and capabilities stated before starting the project using forms, tests, communications, meetings, others.
- Assessing performance to determine whether any corrective or preventive actions need to be indicated or to provide appropriate response plans.
- Maintaining an accurate, timely info base concerned with the project output & its associated documentation till project completion
- Providing information to support status reporting, progress measurement and forecasting
- Monitoring implementation of approved changes as they occur
Assessment

As the process of generating, gathering, recording, interpreting, using and reporting evidence of learning in individuals or groups, IPI assessment relies from multiple and diverse sources in order to develop a deep
understanding of what candidates know, understand, can do with their knowledge obtained by their educational & training experiences. Learning outcomes assessment is a critical part of a program’s success. It can affect the
program’s reputation, enrolment, funding, and even its continued existence. At IPI, a trained team considers various performance parameters such as scores, content, and others defined basis to obtain data driven results. IPI
assessment can:
- Determine candidate's strengths, abilities, and deficits.
- Identify candidate's interests and preferences.
- Determine candidate's appropriate instructional settings.
- · Determine candidate's level of self-determination skillsResults may be used to improve subsequent learning steps or as a proof of the experience in Italy.
Certification

IPI as an experienced internship provider provides educational training paths designed to increase the individual's profile and skills. IPI provide certification to those candidates who have been in Italy to complete an
Education / Professional experience at a company or at any institution validating skills and abilities that have been developed over a certain time, through a professional itinerary development and on-the- job experience. An
external certification will enable a potential employer to recognize and understand that a potential job applicant's skills adhere to a certain professional standard. At the end of the learning training program in Italy,
candidate obtains:
- Language Certificate (if a language course has been planned, organised & evaluation certified);
- Participation Certificate to the Project;
- Reference/s letter.
Emergency 24h x 7

Well-being & safety are IPI priority. Emergencies can occur any time without warning. IPI educate candidates about potential risks abroad during pre-departure, upon arrival, during their experience program in Italy; IPI
specifically request all candidates to collaborate in keeping themselves healthy & safe by avoiding risky situation or behaviours. During candidates’ mandatory on-site arrival orientation, IPI advise them about Emergency
Protocol, to be followed in case of any emergency incurred by the candidates. In such events, IPI first responsibility is to the safety and immediate well-being of program participants. The objective is :
- To prevent fatalities and injuries.
- To reduce damage to persons, objects, buildings, others.
- To protect environment and communities.
